The Dutch company MTE further studied the use of hydraulic transmission instead of mechanical transmission. In 1970, it produced a hydraulic circular jig (IHC, clesveland jig) with a rotating fabric. The upper surface may be round or short, and the name is changed to a radial jig (MTE, Radial jig).
China has been developing hydraulic circular jigs since the early 1980s. YT-7750, DYTA-7750 and PY-TA-7750 have been put into use. The dimensions of the equipment are 7750 mm according to the diameter of the trapezoidal jib compartment, the difference being the main shifting device. YT type uses friction disc or tape infinitely variable speed; DYTA is electromagnetic speed regulating motor, PYTA is driven by V-belt, need to change the speed by changing the pulley. The equipment can be composed of 3 chambers (90Â°), 6 chambers (180Â°), 9 chambers (270Â°) or 12 rooms (360Â°). Each unit is powered by a hydraulic pump station.
